Merit System

The IIU is a well reputed university and a large number of students apply in various courses each year.
The merit system of IUU mostly base on your score in the admission test. However; the academic performance i.e., your marks in FA/FSc or BA/BSc are also a factor in getting admission in undergraduate (BBA, BS, BCS) and Master degree programs (MBA, MSc, MCS) but the weight of the test is more so your test score help you a lot in getting admission.
For Graduate and Post Graduate admissions NTS GAT is required with a minimum of 50 score.

Merit Calculation and Minimum Requirement of Test Score

Last year merit for BBA was 60% aggregate of test score and intermediate score. For master programs the merit was 61%. Due to intense competition in the field overall merit of all universities is declining in Pakistan.

Fall and Spring Merit Waiting Lists of Selected Candidates

IIU offers a wide range of courses specially in Islamic studies, Islamic Laws, and like. Students from all over the world come to join world reputed courses of IIU.

Waiting List

Waiting list for the selection of the suitable candidates is announced simultaneously with first merit list.
