The successful candidates then appear in an interview.
Before the Interview, candidates are evaluated through group discussion where
there communication skills, confidence, maturity and leadership potential are assessed.

In an effort to deter test preparation, IBA consistently changes its test pattern each year and does not provide a sample paper with the prospectus. Hence, students applying to the college have no idea of what to expect in the test.
Test Preparation
For the effective preparation of IBA admission Test, a prospect test taker must prepare atleast 17 sections
in Math, Verbal, General Knowledge and IQ, so that a student covers all areas that may be tested.
Test Preparation Institutions
IBA test preparation is not an easy task for every institution. The institution with sound experience can help student prepare the test. In Karachi, Anees Hussain and Student Inn offer classroom courses, where as in Multan, College of Admission Tests has understanding of the test.
